We are based in Southampton. We welcome enquiries for the city and nearby areas, including Eastleigh, Totton, Hedge End and the Waterside. Availability is confirmed for your location and service requirements. Explore our local map.
Can I combine several services?
Yes. Select any combination in the planner, including personnel and equipment. Your enquiry brings these requirements together for discussion.
What does the layout planner show?
It is an indicative visual brief. Camera cones, marker positions and distances are planning aids, not a technical design. Final camera coverage, equipment positioning and suitability require a professional site assessment.
Can I upload a floor plan?
You can use a PNG, JPEG or WebP image in the planner. It is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to a server. PDF plans can be exported as an image before use.
Is the uploaded image sent with my quote request?
No. The written plan, marker locations and notes are included in your enquiry. The background image stays in your browser. Download your annotated layout and email it separately if you want to share it.
Can I use the planner on my phone?
Yes. Choose a marker and tap the layout, or add a position and describe its location in the marker list. Numeric position and direction controls provide an alternative to dragging.
How do I request a site survey?
Select the site-survey option in the quote form. Include your site address, contact details and preferred schedule so the arrangement can be discussed.
Are prices shown online?
No. Use Request a tailored quote. Staffing, hours, equipment, location and the proposed scope affect the quotation.
How soon can security cover start?
Include your preferred date and any urgent requirement. Availability and start arrangements are confirmed with you; the website does not promise a response or deployment time.
How are enquiries delivered?
The form uses FormSubmit to route written enquiries to EagleGuardian’s email. You complete a verification step with the delivery provider. One-time recipient activation is required before email delivery can operate.
Will my plan be saved?
Your current planner state remains in memory while you work on this page. Selected service choices may be carried between pages within this tab. Download your summary before leaving; uploaded images and contact details are not stored by this website.
