Private planning in your browser
Uploaded plan images, marker edits, schedules and contact details are processed in your browser while you use the planner. Images and contact details are not saved to server storage or browser storage by this website. Selected service choices may be kept in session storage for this tab. You can clear them with New plan. Downloaded files are saved to your device at your request.
When you request a quote
The form sends contact details, company information, site address, selected services, schedule, notes and a written marker summary to FormSubmit for delivery to our email. It does not send the background image. You can download an annotated layout and choose to share it separately by email.
How enquiries are used
Details are used to respond to your request, discuss the proposed services and prepare a quote or survey arrangement. This website does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
External services
FormSubmit provides form delivery and verification; Gmail receives the enquiry. See FormSubmit’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The Areas page embeds an interactive OpenStreetMap map. Loading or using it shares technical information such as your IP address with the map provider; no enquiry fields or site plans are sent to it. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. Hosting and external services may process technical information and data outside the UK. No advertising or analytics trackers are added by this website.
Enquiry records
Correspondence may remain in email records while an enquiry or resulting service arrangement is managed. Relevant considerations include whether the enquiry remains active and whether records are needed for contractual or legal purposes. Contact us for retention information or to request removal.
Your requests
Contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
